Jennifer Reel is passionate about solving problems. Her 20 year career has been focused on developing and implementing people programs for organizations ranging from early stage start-ups to global companies. Throughout her career, Jennifer has been recognized for her inquisitive personality, do-whatever-it-takes approach, and strong relationship development skills. Jennifer’s expertise ranges from program design and technology selections to business process improvements and executive recruiting. Her interests span workforce planning and development. talent acquisition, succession planning, diversity & inclusion, engagement, and retention. Outside of work, Jennifer is passionate about serving others. She serves on the Board of Directors for Carolina Poodle Rescue and is a leader within the Junior League of Raleigh. In 2016 she was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Leader in the Triangle area. Jennifer holds a BS from Wake Forest University and completed the Executive MBA program at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
Jack DeCourcy has over 20 years of talent acquisition and development experience in corporate and agency settings. He leverages a consultative approach to creating solutions tailored to specific needs when advising both clients and individuals. Driving this is a commitment to outcome-oriented relationships, building trust through direct engagement, and a belief in leading through serving. Jack has specific strengths in developing recruiting strategies and best practices, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), talent program design, development and management, applicant tracking systems (ATS) selection and implementation, and outplacement/career services. Jack holds a BA in History from Tufts University and lives in Raleigh with his wife and sons. In his spare time Jack is an avid cook, dog enthusiast (owner of two Belgian Tervurens), and mediocre fantasy football manager.
